The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very quiet area, near train station, the subway lines, and a beautiful park. I loved the big size and spotless room with a double futon bed and the staff were very polite! There were a refrigerator and a washing machine.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Hotel Hakata 9. The room was small but well laid out, with a kitchen and even a washing machine. The location was perfect, with many great restaurants nearby and a beautiful park right next to the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Fukuoka.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough for one person, with a fridge and a washing machine that came in handy during our long stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but also conveniently close to Yoshizuka station and several convenience stores. We enjoyed walking in the nearby Higashi Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we had an issue with the hot water late at night. we would definitely stay here again.
Cannot find any fault.

I recently stayed at the Residence Hotel Hakata 9 for a few nights during my trip to Fukuoka. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I loved the fact that they provided extra mattresses and pillows. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Another great feature was having a washing machine and dryer in the room. Checking out was a breeze - just leave the keys in the keyhole!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, which makes transportation easy. The room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable for a good night's rest. The bathroom facilities are modern and well-maintained, which is a plus for a hotel in this budget range.
The surrounding area of the hotel is not very interesting and lacks a vibrant nightlife.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay in a modern and clean property with fantastic views of the park. We enjoyed the convenience of having easy access to the train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary call and email services were a plus.
Not having basic kitchenware, including a kettle or microwave, in the room was a little inconvenient, and using the first-floor facilities was not really an option. the slow Wifi was also not ideal.

The view from the balcony was lovely and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest after the new year festivities. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the train station and easy to get around the city. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
The check-in process was an absolute nightmare, and we had to wait over an hour just to get into our room. the room was very cold during the winter, and while there was a heater available, it only made the room unbearably dry.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
